The Den is a large comfortable guest suite above a garage with a kingsize bed, en-suite shower room and kitchenette. It has its own entrance and outside space and features dual aspect sea and rural views.

Upstairs in the Den there is a large room with plenty of space to spread out in. There is a kingsize bed, sofabed, table and chairs with sea views, and a ceiling projector linked to an Amazon FireTV with access to a number of streaming services including Netflix. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the coast path or hanging out on the beach.

Outside there is a sheltered patio area, perfect for sitting outside with a coffee or glass of wine, or having a BBQ.

  • Beaches: Gorran Haven Beach is a 10 minute walk away, Vault Beach is 20 minutes walk. Hemmick Beach or Porthluney Cove (Caerhayes) are a short drive or longer walk.
  • The South West Coast Path runs through Gorran Haven and is a 5 minute walk from the Den
  • The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a 10 min drive away
  • Mevagissey Fishing Village is a 2 mile walk along the Coast Path, or a 10 min drive
  • The Eden Project is a 30 min drive

Gorran Haven is a lovely seaside village with a beach, fish & chip shop, a local shop/cafe, beach cafe, hotel bar, nearby pub (Gorran Churchtown) and access to the Coast Path. There are other beaches within walking distance.

Beautiful views peace and quiet and a stones throw from the beach . Very clean and comfortable and friendly people . We would stay again .

The Dengoran is just a short walk from a friendly village pub. We also have several pubs and restaurants within a short drive. These are perfect for your evening meal, or just enjoying a leisurely drink after a long day spent at altontowers, the waterpark or exploring the countryside.
We’re really lucky to have a large selection of pubs and restaurants nearby that serve excellent quality for for couples and families.
We’re just a few minutes walk from our friendly local pub, which is perfect for a drink after a long day. There’s also lots of other pubs within a few minutes drive.
From Alton Towers Theme Park to The Churnet Valley Railway and Monkey Forest, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
Staffordshire is the home of pottery. You can visit workshops, museums, studios or even throw or decorate your own pot.
The historic gardens of Chatsworth, The Trentham Estate, Shugborough, Biddulph Grange and more are all within easy reach of us.
With miles of disused railway tracks and maintained paths, you couldn’t wish for a better place to enjoy cycling and walking.
